Manglam Diagnostics is a chain of diagnostic centres operating in the Haryana region for more than 25 years.  It was established in 1996. The aim was to provide all the diagnostic facilities under one roof and to provide those diagnostic facilities that were not available in Hisar at that time.  The Pioneer vision of Dr. G. R. Gupta MD (Path.), from PGI, Chandigarh was to provide all the diagnostic facilities at affordable cost to save time and money of people of Hisar and adjoining areas. What started with a small laboratory has now grown to a colossal partnership between doctors, patients, various companies, and corporate clients to create an atmosphere of healthy India. When Manglam Diagnostics was started, the reliability of diagnostic tests was an issue in Hisar at that time, and over the years Manglam Diagnostics has established itself as a benchmark of quality in medical diagnostics. Manglam Diagnostics is ISO certified and the very first medical laboratory in Hisar to have NABL accreditation.

Manglam Diagnostics with its pioneer vision established the first MRI of Haryana, the first SDP machine, and the first Nuclear medicine set up in this part of Haryana. Manglam Diagnostics is equipped with the latest MRI machine, CT scanner, Dexa Scan machine, PET CT, and Gamma Camera along with state-of-the-art equipment in the laboratory and blood bank.

The quality of Manglam Diagnostics is the end product of the best machines, established ethical practices, and a team of qualified doctors and paramedical staff. Manglam Diagnostics has a team of more than 20 doctors and 200 technicians & technologists working round the clock to provide timely, accurate, and affordable test reports.  Providing comfort to clients is one of the main mottos of Manglam Diagnostics. Manglam Diagnostics works closely with government and social bodies to fulfill its CSR and organizes free camp for needy at regular intervals.
